EHR (Electronic Health Records)


eResidentCare is an electronic charting system, an electronic medication passing system, and a system that stores resident demographics, contacts, medical history and plans of care.

From plans of care, Facilities enter services that they will be providing for their residents, they will schedule the services and chart on them.

Each service charted creates a documented record that is date and time stamped that falls within the regulations set forth by their state and federal government.


Nurses notes, doctors notes, shift notes, lab notes…any category of notes can be created and saved to each resident’s records. Notifications by text message or email are sent when a new note is created. Notes can be saved with attachments (such as pictures). Reports can be exported to Word, Excel or PDF

Residents who live in these facilities all have care plans (plan of care) that staff follows when caring for them. eResidentCare Care Plan System helps streamline the process of creating the care plans by providing tools such as care plan templates to help create the plans and an online library to store the care plans. The system has assessments that staff can use to asses each resident to help determine their needs.


Assessments such as our ADL Assessment covers how much help the resident needs in dressing, bathing, mobility and eating. The results of the assessments help trigger the appropriate care plans. Resident health information such as their diagnosis and medication orders are kept in the system and are used to trigger appropriate care plans.


eResidentCare medication management system helps facilities with the 5 R’s in safety in passing medications; right patient, right medication, right dose, right time, right route. In addition our screens are user friendly with big buttons to work on touch screen technology. Physician orders entered into our system are maintained and scheduled for medication passing for residents who require this service or for medication set up for residents who can self-medicate. Through our eMAR meds are passed daily.


System helps provide the documentation required to verify medications were given, held, refused or missed and the reason why.

We do this with entries that can not be edited and providing Medication

Printed Administration Records (MAR). Our eMAR system follows CMS (Medicare) rules with the two hour window

System inventories the medications and keeps track of the quantity of each med passed. Tracks when a medication order is discontinued and tracks destruction records of each medication destroyed. System tracks packaged medications when a resident leaves the facility for a short-term leave.

Facilities can create both facility and resident folders. Our file cabinet provides a secure and easy way to access resident information. Each resident has their own folder(s) to store signed contracts, power of attorney, lab results, medication records, care plans, etc. Files can be easily uploaded to the file cabinet Folders and files can be marked as private so only the owner (creator) can access. Or as shared where other members of system can access file contents.
