As Application Administrator, navigate to the eReferral Priorities screen in CHRIS Maintenance settings:

Priority is entered at the ‘Add Service/Add Agency’ step

Complete the process to add an Expanded Role Referral

Type (admit/eligible)

Add Service/Agency

The priority is entered for the referral and applies to ALL agencies in that referral.

When adding additional agencies to a referral, users can update the Priority Value and the new value will apply to all agencies and updated in HPG (‘Send Update’ not required)
