Energy Recovery Ventilatorwith Integral Water Source Heat PumpModel ERCH-HP

The model ERCH-HP incorporates an integral water sourceheat pump to provide a high quality, economical alternativefor 100% outdoor air applications traditionally requiringexpensive, custom-built equipment. The factory installedheat pump eliminates the cost and liability associatedwith field piping, charging and wiring. The pre-engineereddesign means quality and consistency in construction andprovides reassurance through single-source responsibility.Energy savings is made possible as the energy recoverywheel saves the owner on initial costs and provides bothimmediate and annual energy savings. Product sizing andselection is simplified by using Greenhecks Computer

Aided Product Selection (CAPS) tool. CAPS provides fastturnaround for submittals, schedules and Revit files.

Air Side Coils have copper tubes withpermanently expanded aluminum fins.Evaporator coils are mounted above astainless steel drip pan.

Thermostatic Expansion Valves provide refrigerant control. Standardhot gas bypass provides control atlow-load conditions.

The Compressors are quietrunning, hermetic scroll-type.R-410A refrigerant is usedand all modules include firststage bypass with an optionfor modulating hot gas reheat.
