Pray for the Hahns Take a stand/or religious freedom: Conestoga Wood Specialties v. Sebelius

"Congress shall make no lmv respecting an establishment ofreligion. or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; /I

First Amendment- The Constitution of the United States of America

Should every American have the freedom to live and do business according to their faith?

Yes! But that freedom is now under attack. Obamacare's abortion-pill mandate is forcing most employers, regardless of religious or moral convictions, to offer insurance that covers abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization, and contraception. Conestoga Wood Specialties, a wood cabinet business, is owned by the Hahns, a Lancaster County Mennonite family. Based on their religious convictions, the Hahns are pro-life. However, under the Obamacare HHS mandate, they must violate their conscience and provide abortion-inducing drugs or pay the penalty - $100 per day, per employee. That would mean paying nearly $35 million a year in fines for standing up for their faith! A case was filed by the Hahn family and Conestoga against Obamacare that has gone all the way to the U.S. Supreme

Court. A top-notch legal team including the Alliance Defending Freedom and Randy Wenger and Charles Proctor of the Independence Law Center (an affiliation of the Pennsylvania Family Institute) are in place working diligently to protect our religious freedom. The Supreme Court will hear this case on March 25. With the legal team in place, they now need our prayers - because we really need to win this case. If the government has

the power to force families to choose between violating their conscience or forcing them out of business, there is no limit to the damage it can do to freedom.

Pray for the Hahn family - the plaintiffs in this case - that God would bless and protect them as they lead their company with integrity.

Pray for the legal team and their preparation to make the defense for religious freedom.
