Based in Houston, Texas, Victory Packaging has more than 65 warehouses and distribution facilities in the United States, Canada and Mexico, and operates in California under the name of Golden State Container. Victory Packaging is the only national company specialized in solving packaging complexities and optimizing total cost associated with packaging for its clients on a national and local basis. Our national network includes more than 6 million square feet of warehouse space and approximately 400 delivery vehicles. Victory Packaging employs over 1,700 people. In 2015, Victory Packaging was acquired by KapStone Paper and Packaging, a publicly traded pulp and paper company based in Northbrook, Illinois. Victory Packaging continues to be managed as the independent distribution division of KapStone.
