MENU OPTIONS

The Properties tab is where you will spend most of your time – go here to add and edit your property websites

The Leads tab allows you to accept and receive leads through a partnership with eLookyLoo – these are typically buyer web leads. Totally your choice to participate or not.

You can even create your own website with ePropertySites … IDX extra of course and with less bells and whistles than the personal websites we give you, but still – the option is there.

The Marketing tab has printable guides, a place to create Flip Show Books and buy domain names, signs, Google Adwords …

The Setup tab is where all of your personal and company information lives. If you haven’t been here in a while – go and revisit!

You can skip the Personal Bio if you don’t intend to use their website or blogging features. On the Options tab – fill in your social networking links. Make sure to verify your links here. All of your Past Orders will be listed on the last tab under Setup.

SETTING UP THE LISTING WEBSITE

Mouse over Properties Click Properties Click Add New

Run through the next few screens carefully!!! Check to make sure everything came over and add in where needed. Click Next to move to the next screen ….

VERIFY THE INFO


This is always my favorite part … chose your website design. You can always change it later! Use the drop-downs to select & click Next.


WEBSITE DESIGN

As if the auto-load from the MLS wasn’t awesome enough … now you can grab the photos from your MLS listing with one little click. Very cool. If you have better HD images, definitely upload your own.


THE PHOTOS

Take the time to add captions and make sure your photos appear in the order you want (remember the virtual tour will use this order). Upload additional photos here too.


PHOTO MANAGEMENT

Please, go back to the Properties tab, and click Edit. Really. You will see things you missed and important details that you can add here. Take the time to run through the screens, they offer you more options …


GO BACK. REALLY.

Ready to activate your single property website? Click on the cash register (under “status” on the Properties tab). Click yes to activate and YES to upload your virtual tour to Realtor.com … then purchase any extras you want (next, next, next) … add to cart and activate!

Moving left to right, click on Status ... And get another menu. Even thought it says, purchase, notice the amount. Click Next.

Reminder: Work your way through the tabs > Realtor.com virtual tour upload, domain name purchase, sign rider purchase, labels, biz cards, post cards, hangers and confirmation … WHEW!

UNDERSTANDING YOUR OPTIONS

LISTING MENU


Click on the Properties tab and then Properties again to get here … the property you just added will now have a menu of it’s own.

ANOTHER CHANCE


You can always go back to the buy icon on your property menus and purchase all of the extras offered to you at activation.

VIEW WEBSITE


Moving left to right, clicking on view will show you the site you created. Wherever you see eyeballs on ePropertySites – on any menu – that means they have a preview.

EDITING YOUR SITE


Moving left to right, clicking on edit will allow you to make edits to your property website. Go here to add additional information to your site as well.

REVISIT MEDIA


Moving left to right, clicking on media will take you back to the media menu …

You can add more photos (TONS), edit your virtual tour or upload/embed your video files here.

VIRTUAL TOURS


ePropertySites creates a virtual tour for you based on the photos that you upload – if you wish, you can customize this tour with more photos, a different photo order and transitions, different music, voice-overs and more.

YOUR TO DO LIST


Moving left to right, clicking on prcnt will take you to a To Do List of sorts … use this to see what you are missing on ePropertySites.

ePropertySites show you what you have already completed and what else you CAN do … click GO on a specific item to complete a task!

SKIP FEEDBACK …


Moving left to right, clicking on fback will take you to a showings center – which we don’t use because we have eShowings.

SEE THE HITS


Moving left to right, clicking on hits will show you a few basic reports …

SO MANY TOOLS!


Moving left to right, clicking on tools will show you a TONS of rockin options! If you remember nothing else from this class – remember the tools button on your property menus.

WEBSITE TOOLS


Personally – I would avoid the music and voice over sections here. Yes, I get that they are fun and cool, but you might be outing someone at work (when they quickly close out of your site) and losing a lead.

The “listing presentation” above is a an online flipbook that talks about ePropertySites only. Our listing presentation includes a page that talks about the single property website that every seller gets by listing with you.

CREATE A BROADCAST


A little something buyers … BROADCASTS! Click Add New …

Fill in the info, along with some contact info and click Next.

Enter a property description and click Next.

The website key will be pre-filled, but feel free to change it. Use the drop-down to select a website domain. Click Next.

The next screen will let you add photos (similar to the regular listing photos upload). Each Broadcast will have it’s own menu …

BROADCAST!!!


It will take you just a few minutes to set up a Buyer Broadcast – a buyers own new home website that they can share with their friends and family with photos, some information on the property, their contact information, and even a map! Of course, your information and Mortgage Mobility will be on the home page too.
