PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
- Evaluate each KPI to confirm annual performance
- Assess LIXIL Behaviors demonstrated in one year
- Evaluate final performance result
- Review annual performance and get alignment(+calibration of results)
- Track mid year performance against annual objectives
- Adjust the objectives as per business needs
- Evaluate 1st half year’s achievement and strengthen 2nd half year’s focus
- Set annual objectives
- Confirm working priority and focus by setting weightage
- Align Objective between employees and managers & dotted line managers
- Set Individual Development Plan

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
• Every employee is required to set his/her Objectives for the year• there shall be no more than 8 objectives in a year
• Each objective shall:• have “Target & Metric” and “Stretch Target & Metric”• be assigned a percentage weightage
• The total weightage of all Objectives shall be equal to 100%

System prompt is text-based; shows the status, or remind Usersto complete a requiredaction step.
Secured Access - login via User ID & Password;- “Reset Password” upon
User request.

No Time-Outsystem will keep the login status until User closes the browser.
Easy To Key In from different devices, screen size auto-fit for easy readability.
Poka Yoke – “mistake-proofing” features to prevent missing information or mistake.
Pop-out window when User selects an option, to input/edit data for an objective.

Once the Objectives are set, approved by Solid Line Managers, and confirmed by Dotted Line Manager, the status will be “closed”.

TO SET IE BROWSER
Step 1:
• Go to Internet Options � ‘Advanced’ tab� within ‘Settings’ look for ‘Security” drop down list
• Uncheck ‘Enable integration Windows Authentication’
Step 2:
• In ‘Security’ tab � click ‘Custom Level’
• Select ‘Automatically logon with current username and password’

• Add URL require SSO to ‘Trusted Site’ list(URL: https://support.microsoft.com)

1) Go to Internet Options � ‘General’ tab� Browsing History
2) Click to activate ‘Delete browsing history on exit’and click ‘OK’.
