Jedi
Defenders of peace and justice in the galaxy, a Jedi lends his
skill in the Force and his lightsaber to the cause of protecting
others.
Role: Defender
Key Ability: Wisdom
Secondary Abilities: Constitution (Jedi Guardian), Dexterity
(Jedi Sentinel)
Armor Proficiencies: Cloth, Composite
Weapon Proficiencies: Simple Melee, Military Melee, Simple
Ranged, Lightsaber
Defenses: +1 Fortitude, +1 Reflex, +1 Will
Hit Points at first level: 15 + Constitution Modifier
HP per additional level: 6Healing Surges: 10 + Constitution Modifier
Trained Skills: Choose 3 from Acrobatics, Athletics, Diplomacy,
Endurance, Heal, Insight, Perception
Class Features: Force Push, Minor Force Powers, Knight’s Strike,
Lightsaber Defense, Lightsaber style, Vital Transfer
Force Push
Jedi Class Features
You gain Force Push as an at-will attack power.
Force Push Jedi Attack 1Striking out with the Force, you summon a wave of telekinetic energy to
violently shove your foes.
At Will * Force
Standard Close Blast 2
Target: Each creature in blast.
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: d6 + Wisdom modifier damage, and you push the target 2 squares.
Minor Force Powers
All Jedi have access to the following at-will powers
Move Object Jedi Minor Force PowerReaching out with the Force, you telekinetically grasp and move an object.
At Will * Force, Telekinesis
Minor Ranged 10
Effect: You can a move single unattended object weighing up to 10 pounds
up to 5 squares. You can maintain this power with a minor action. If you do
not maintain it, the object drops to the ground in its present square. You can
also use this power to manipulate levers, buttons, and the like within range,
but it does not allow fine control. For example you could pull a lever or push
a button, but not type out a password on a terminal keyboard.
Force Telepathy Jedi Minor Force PowerYou tap into the living Force to share another being’s most powerful
thoughts and emotions.
At Will * Force, TelepathyMinor Action Ranged 20
Effect: You can get a general impression of the mood and basic surface
thoughts of a single being within range, or send or receive a brief message
to or from a willing target. The message must be at most 1 or 2 words, and
convey a strong imperative, like “Flee!” or “Help!” Using this power grants a
+2 bonus to the next insight, bluff, or diplomacy check made before the end
of your next turn.
Knight’s Strike
You use your Wisdom score in place of Strength when
calculating your basic melee attacks. Whenever you dealdamage with a power that has the “Lightsaber” keyword, you
may mark the target until the end of your next turn.
Lightsaber Defense
When wielding a Lightsaber in one or both hands and
wearing cloth armor, you add your Wisdom modifier to your
Armor Class and Reflex Defense.

Lightsaber Style
You specialize in one of the following Lightsaber styles:
Guardian Saber: When an adjacent enemy you’ve
marked moves or shifts away from you or makes an attack thatdoes not include you, you may make a basic melee attack as
an immediate interrupt.
Sentinel Saber: You add your dexterity modifier to
damage against targets you’ve marked. Whenever an
adjacent target you’ve marked moves away from you, you may
shift a number of squares equal to your dexterity modifier as
an immediate reaction.
Vital Transfer:
You can use Vital Transfer as an encounter power.
Vital Transfer Jedi FeatureCalling on the Force, you sacrifice some of your life essence to aid an ally, or
center yourself and marshal your strength to continue the fight.
Encounter (special) * Force, Healing
Special: You can use this ability twice an encounter, but only once per round.
Minor Melee Touch or Personal
Target: You or One Creature
Effect: You spend a healing surge but do not regain hit points. The target
regains hit points as if it spent a healing surge, plus a number of hit points
equal to your constitution modifier.
Level 1 At-Will Powers
Lightsaber Sweep Jedi Attack 1Surrounded by enemies, your lightsaber carves a luminous arc around you,
damaging those in its path and felling lesser foes.
At Will * Lightsaber
Standard Close Burst 1
Target: Each target in burst.
Attack: Wisdom vs. AC
Hit: Constitution Modifier Damage
Overhand Swing Jedi Attack 1With a powerful swing, you drive your opponent back on his heels and press
the attack.
At Will * Lightsaber
Standard Melee Weapon
Target: One CreatureAttack: Wisdom vs.. AC
Hit: 1[W]+Wisdom modifier damage, and you can push the target (if large or
smaller) 1 square. You may then shift into the square previously occupied by
the target.
Piercing Thrust Jedi Attack 1The Force guides your saber and you make a quick jab that slips past your
adversary’s defenses.
At Will * Lightsaber
Standard Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom vs. Reflex
Hit: 1[W] + Wisdom modifier damage
Positioning Slash Jedi Atack 1You follow through on your cunning swing with a quick stride into optimal
striking position.
At Will * Lightsaber
Stanard Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Wisdom vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + wisdom modifier damage, and you may shift 2 squares.
