AP Invoice Copy

Quite often you receive from a supplier, a large number of

similar charges (AP Miscellaneous Invoices) for which you are

forced to enter the same data again and again.

The AP Invoice Copy custom solution provides the ability to

easily copy a Miscellaneous Invoice or a Debit Memo through

the Invoices Entry form. Thus, in case you receive many similar

invoices from the same supplier, first you minimize the data

entry time and then you avoid duplication of work through the

available Epicor ERP forms. After pasting, any invoices are

available for possible changes, if any.

Let’s suppose that supplier A charges you for different

purchases of the same expense ‘AIR Filter Lamp’ several times

per day / week. For the first charge the new AP invoice will be

created (A-19112014-01).

Thus, in case you

receive many

similar invoices

from the same

supplier, you

After pasting, any

invoice is available

for editing, if

required.

A New Action name “Copy Invoice” has been added

The user has to enter the new Invoice number (e.g. A-19112014-02)

and the new invoice will be created in the same group.

After the copy the new invoice is available for probable changes (e.g. the new charge applies

quantity 150).
