Schedule 19 Part 2Equator Principles

Contractor accepts to comply with the responsibility matrix below based on the extract of the Equator principles.

With respect to items I, II, III, and from 1 to 3: Contractor should provide, when needed, all necessary and relevant technical information and data, which can be reasonably collected to support the Employer on this issue.
