    On behalf of the steering committee and the technical committee, we are delighted to invite you to the biannual International EOR & Heavy Oil

    Conference and Exhibition, a prestigious gathering of professionals, to be held on 16th 18th March 2015, in Grand Hyatt, Indonesia, where yourpresence will make the difference.

    We do promise you that this conference, which is the r st of its kind to be held in Indonesia, will be heavily attended by NOCs, IOCs, technology

    vendors, Universities and energy ser vices providers in support of EOR applications and plans in Indonesia.

    This year, the program will be organized to feature Chemical, Microbial, Thermal, Gas Injection and Hybrid techniques as key areas of debate and

    discussion. The organizing committee has facilitated the attendance of renowned EOR industry leaders and professionals from North America, China,

    South America, South & Southeast Asia, the Middle East and others to exchange ideas and share experiences with you all and in particular to Indonesia.

    There will be numerous international companies, scientists, and professionals taking part in different features of the program that includes technical

    conference and exhibition as well as sponsorship opportunities to complement the overall objectives of the program.

    The Republic of Indonesia is an active player not only in South East Asia, but also globally, with various EOR techniques being implemented with success

    in the countrys mature elds. With the countrys economic development, it is foreseen that the demand for oil in Indonesia will also grow in a rapid

    pace. We predict that EOR will play a fundamental role in energy supplement in Indonesias Oil and gas Industry Therefore, the exchange of such

    experiences in Indonesia and learning from other global case-studies and gaining international perspectives on the subject, is of paramount importance

    for Indonesia.

    All exhibitors should have the responsibility to make sure the safety of themselves andother people that maybe affected by their activities. Exhibitors should be responsible to

    the safety of their stand and the staff during build-up, exhibition time and breakdown.

    All exhibitors must abide the security procedures as designated by Sotel Bali Hotel andthe EOR & Heavy Oil Exhibition organizer.

    General security will be available on site in the public circulation areas of the venue.Security to the stand and exhibits is the full responsibility of the exhibitors.Inform the organizer immediately in case belongings, exhibition materials are found tobe missing.

    In case security and safety procedures are violated, the organiser has the right to closedown the stand.

    Ensure that all emergency exits are clear of any obstruction and accessible at all timesduring the event.

    All exhibitors and visitors s hould respond immediately to warning alert and emergencyevacuation plans in case of any emergency.

    Fire extinguishers are available in t he halls and clear access should always be provided.In case of emergency do not use lifts and elevators, proceed to the designated assembly

    area.Do not re-enter the building until advised to do so.

    Do not use or operate machines that you are not familiar with.Appropriate clothing should be worn according to the work you are doing.Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.First aid service is available in Sotel Bali Hotel.

    Exhibitors are advised to arr ange at their own cost all the risk insurance coverage fromthe country of origin to the exhibitions stand including the duration of the exhibition andreturn to domicile. Exhibitors shall ensure they are fully covered by insurance and takeout public liability and comprehensive protection.

    The venue and the organizer will be not be responsible for the safety of articles of anykind brought into the venue by delegates, exhibitors, their agents, visitors, and/or anyother persons whatsoever.

    All participants must register, obtain and present an ofcial badge in order to haveaccess to the exhibition during build up, exhibition time and closing time. Access to theexhibition ballroom during closing time is limited only to the venue and organisers staff.

    time and/or during exhibition at dedicated registration area.

    EOR& Heavy Oil 2015 venue will be held in Sotel Bali Hotel Ballroom and Foyer.Therefore, xing anything to the surface of the ballroom oor is not aloud. Any damagedone is subject to ne by the hotel management.

    Contractors should only use adhesive tapes to x the carpet or other material to theoor/carpet and walls. The contractors will be held responsible to remove the tape afteruse without damage to the oor/carpet. If the surface is found to be damaged or mar kedor tape residue remains contractor/exhibitors should pay a corresponding ne.

    All vehicles should comply with speed limits and directional signs and all instructionsgiven by the Intercontinental Hotels authorised personnel. Delivery of goods of anydescription via the main entrance is strictly prohibited.Loading and unloading activities shall only be carried out in the Loading/Unloading Area.
