WE LIKE TO HELP...In its own right, EOL works with a number of local charities and education facilities to provide IT equipment or funding for needy causes. In addition, as part of our standard disposal agreement, we are happy to facilitate a donation of 10% of a client’s collection to a charitable or educational organisation of the client’s choice.

EOL fi rmly believes in promotion from within wherever possible and, where required, putting in place the necessary training to enable our sta� to meet the demands of their roles and to strive for promotion. History demonstrates this ethos with many senior and middle managers rising through the ranks. There remains a strong ethos of respect and support for all members of the team at EOL.

EOL endeavour to adhere to a zero landfi ll policy. Our aim is to reuse 90% of all IT equipment collected, the remaining 10% of which goes to our waste management partners for further refi nement. We understand the issues and responsibilities placed on us by the Landfi ll Regulation Act. We also ensure that our refi ning partners are processing our waste correctly.

We use our internal audits and BS EN 14001 Environmental Standard to maintain awareness and monitor any risks in the process.

Our processing structure is reassuring to all our clients. They have the knowledge and confi dence that we are legislation compliant and continue to be a trusted and responsible partner. Our supplier audits run hand in hand with our own Quality Management standard as part of our ISO 9001 accreditation and Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001.
