1 個中 /重型貨車上落客貨車位。場地作業時間為每天上午 7 時至下午 7 時，

星期日及公眾假期休息。

The applicant seeks planning permission to use the application site for temporary open storage and warehouse for storage of furniture, exhibition materials, construction materials/machinery and household detergent for a period of 3 years. The site is accessible via a local track leading from Kung Um Road. There are 13 structures with a total floor area of about 1,859.8m2 and height of not exceeding 8m (1-2 storey(s)) for warehouses for storage of furniture, exhibition materials, construction materials/machinery and household detergent, site office, fire services pump room, water tank and toilet uses. 1 loading/unloading space for medium/heavy goods vehicle is provided within the site. The operation hours of the site are between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily, Mondays to Saturdays, with no operation on Sundays and public holidays.
