• Bring elements into the facility to both educate and involve members in a better understanding of a greener reconstruction and display an effective use of tax payer’s money
Client Objective
4
• Objective: Bring creative elements into the workplace to provide education on a recent reconstruction
• Target Audience: Associates, Volunteers, Employees, Government Officials
• Message: Reconstruction opens new opportunities, and it is most important to use resources wisely, use, reuse, and recycle.
• Rationale: The advertisements both allow visitors to see the behind the scenes “Green” savings, as well as promoting the emergency management center online

• There are currently no elements within the EOC to provide visitors with links to a website or further promotion
• We will develop a mobile “brochure” giving information on the center. The site will have links to all their social media sites.
• We will also develop a virtual tour showing progress in the EOC remodel they can embed on their website
• All the virtual elements will be brought into the EOC physically with flyers containing QR codes- those can be scanned on a smart phone to connect to the virtual sites
