VISION GRIDS – WHOLE LIFE1. RATE each category outlined below on a scale of 1-10. Think about your level of personal

fulfillment in that area – 10 indicates there is absolutely nothing you would change or add toimprove satisfaction in this area, 1 indicates you are completely dissatisfied with this area of yourlife. Skip any that are not applicable, and feel free to change or add new categories.

1. Reflect on your notes from the vision grid for this category of your life.

2. Find a quiet place, free of interruptions. Get comfortable, take a few deep breaths, closeyour eyes and sit quietly for a few minutes. Allow yourself to think forward to this area ofyour life and picture everything you can. Imagine what it feels like to be in that forwardplace, looking back and reflecting on all that has happened to create that reality.

3. Then open your eyes and begin to free-write everything you can to describe this vision.As if you were writing a letter to your best friend, telling them all of the details and sharingall of your excitement and passion.

4. Print your vision statement and post it in 2-3 visible places, reading it aloud at least onetime per day.
