The EcoNoble® paint that comprises enough titanium dioxide has excellent hiding power and so, it perfectly blocks ultraviolet rays while retaining the vivid color of brand-new automobile over the long period of time.

The paint could be used both for base coating and top coating.

Once the paint is applied as basecoat, the specially engineered formula of the paint make it possible to act as an anti-corrosion coating and sound damping coating as well and therefore, the paint has all-in-one solution, which thereby reduces significant amount of time and cost during the painting process in the automotive industry.

The water-based paint is environmentally-friendly as it does emit almost zero VOC.

Ⅰ. EN-WBA-01 Waterborne Basecoat for Automotive

The base of the paint has so flexible and very strong in its hardness that the surface of automobile hardly gets scratch in case of comparatively minor collision with any objects.

The paint has particularly excellent properties of water-resistance, acid-resistant and anti-alkalinity.

The glossiness of the paint is same as that of solvent-based paints.

The paint performs well too in such bright colors like Fire Red, super jet Black or any other bright color where the use of TiO2 is not possible because the original basecoat paint color remains intact and shows its vivid color even when the water-based paint for Automotive is coated onto it.

The paint could be made in finishes such as metallic colors and it looks much better.

The paint has anti-graffiti properties and the graffiti with any sort of chemical compounds on the surface could be easily erased with water.

The paint has very strong adhesive power and extraordinary elasticity.

There are no significant changes required to the painting process in terms of equipment or procedures.

The time required for curing is same as that of any conventional automotive paints.

The cost of the paint is almost half of conventional solvent-based paints.

Once EcoNoble® paint is applied, the chemical reaction of the formula in the paint emits chemical molecules which most of insects feel unpleasant and thus, it repels the insects such as ants, cockroach and ticks etc.

Especially it is good for repelling termites which is one of the most head-aching issues of many household in America.

The odorless insect repellent Paint has almost zero VOC emission and thus, the paint could be applied indoors as well as outdoors.

The paint emit anions of 2,000 cc/㎤ incessantly which is similar to those measured in the pure air of beach, in the proximity of waterfall or in the deep forests.

Both the factors of amount of anions emitted and continuity of emitting uniform amount of anions are very important but most of other paints emit anions less than one third of our paint and furthermore, the amount of anions emitted keeps decreasing as time elapses which does not serve the purpose at all.

EcoNoble® paint is formulated by applying ‘Anion type 2’ chemical method.

Importantly, the paint adopted chemical method that makes neutral atoms or neutral molecules are surrounded by 2 electrons with special catalyst added, and therefore, the anions emitted from the painted walls could be supersaturated in the closed space in the shortest amount of time.

Due to above mentioned chemical method, large amount of anions and far infrared rays are generated ceaselessly and almost semi-permanently.

The EcoNoble ® Anti-Graffiti Paint is water-based and has lowest VOC, formulated for effective graffiti protection and exhibit high cross-linked densities, non-stick properties and excellent chemical resistance.

Even though the Graffiti paint, marker and solvent pens are pasted on the surface of the substrate, it does not penetrate into it and the Graffiti could be removed simple by washing with the compressed water.

It will not only protect the walls, ceiling and conduit from graffiti, but will also protect those areas from scuff marks caused by normal pedestrian movement through the walkway on a daily basis.

The anti-graffiti paint is to withstand hundreds of graffiti cleaning operations.

Ⅴ. EN-FRA-01 Fire Resistant & Retardant Paint

The EcoNoble ® Fire Resistant & Retardant Paint is formulated to work so perfectly against the fire that even a glass sheet of mere 3mm thickness withstands for 3~4 hours without being cracked or shattered even if you shoot with a Butane torch such an extreme heat of 2,600 °F (1,430°C) at the near point-blank distance.

The paint brings a true fire barrier to a wide variety of materials including sheetrock, wood, and plaster, concrete, sheet metal, tin, foam, foam composite panels as well as advanced materials such as fiberglass and carbon fiber.

The paint could provide a fireproof coat for timber or steels and could be applied as a render on brickwork or even be used as a component in the manufacture of wood composites.

When get caught on file, the film of the paint protects most of structures to withstand for up to 2~3 hours while suppressing the emission of toxic gas including VOC while retarding fire flame.

Upon fire flame reaches, the exposed film of paint will instantly form a thick Honeycomb-like carbon layer.

Then, the film of the painted area is swollen up to 200~300 times thicker than the original thickness forming a cellular layer of protective insulation which is extremely effective approach for retarding the spread of flames.

On the other hand, the physical and chemical interactions by flame will absorb considerable heat, and also perfectly perform its flame retardance function.

Ⅵ. EN-AFS-01 Anti-Fouling Paint for Ship

EcoNoble ® anti-fouling paint is for removing or preventing the accumulation of marine organisms from the surface of the submerged hull of the vessels.

Though there are copolymer anti-fouling paints comprised of copolymers that synthesized titanium copper and organic materials which have relatively modest effect in protecting against marine organisms, such paints are not so effective for algae and the anti-fouling efficiency of the paint tends to be considerably decreased in the ocean contaminated by sulfureted hydrogen.

On the contrary, our environmentally friendly anti-fouling paint contains almost zero VOC substance and importantly, does not contain titanium copper or organotin and so, it does not contaminate the ocean.

Ⅵ. EN-AFS-01 Anti-Fouling Paint for Ship

As the paint has remarkably strong adhesive property, the film of paint seldom peels off from the surface of the submerged hull against wild waves which also prevents ocean contamination.

With above reasons and due to the smoothness of the film of the paint, it minimizes the frictional resistance, which in turn reduces the fuel consumption by about 5% while enhancing the durability of vessel’s engine.

Ⅶ. EN-ACD-01 Anti-Condensation Paint

The significant difference of EcoNoble ® anti-condensation Paint from other similar paints is the chemical method itself, that is, the Paint adopted the ‘blowing off’ method instead of ‘droplets absorption’ method, which proves to be much more effective than the latter.

The Paint reduces the formation of water droplets substantially on the treated walls and so, it keeps the room climate refreshing and agreeable all the time.

It has excellent deodorization effect and reduces unpleasant odours within just several hours after applying to the wall.

Ⅶ. EN-ACD-01 Anti-Condensation Paint

The paint has lowest VOC such as benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, ethylene, styrene, and no formaldehyde and so, it could dramatically improve the air quality of the room.

The formula of the antibacterial activity of EcoNoble ® Anti-Condensation Paint suppresses the growth of microbes and has strong antifungal effects while saturating the closed space with large amount of anions which lasts over a long period of time.

Adhesive strength is gradually increased as time elapses.
