AGREEMENT ON WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AND MONITORING
Integrated water quality management based on Government Regulation No. 82/2001 on Water Quality Management and Water Pollution Control (Article 9 Section 1) states that water classification of river located in two or more provinces is determined by the President.
Integrated management is based on Master Plan as a guidelines for National Board of Planning, Provincial and Local Board of Planning in arranging action plan.
