Helpful tips when creating a poem/song.
• Always do a rough draft of a poem or song. • Do not worry about making it rhyme. It
doesn’t matter if it doesn’t all flow and isn't perfect as it is only a practice.
• If your not sure about your poem/song ask the person next to you to listen to what you have done.
• If you are listening to a persons poem, it would be helpful to give tips on how they could improve it.
Finally…
• Get into groups of 4/5• Present your final poem/song to the group.
• Whilst listening to the performances you are going to give the performer a mark.
