They are killed because of our rubbish and pollution, the things they eat are usually plastic bits from containers, supermarket bags, food rappers, and much much more. It is our responsibility to stop this from happening we need to take care of the Manukau harbour we need to pic up rubbish and REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE

Many of your favourite foods get caught every day so you can enjoy them. Do you think that we might be being a bit selfish? All of these Marine life are loved by many other animals and them been taken away is harming our very important food chain. Nets we use to catch the foods are harming our dearly beloved dolphins such as Maui and hector.

Why we should care Because we all want to make New Zealand and clean environment and we all want to say that I came from clean tidy peaceful New Zealand And if we all keep polluting it and dropping our rubbish in the water we will say New Zealand with a disappointed sigh.
