RULES AND INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

Parade of Homes Dates: October 6 – 14, 2018

Weekend Times: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Weekday Times: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

All Parade entries must be open during designated Parade times.

All Parade Homes must be staffed by a company representative or a Realtor. Home must be unlocked and opened

during parade hours. The biggest complaint we receive is that someone drove across town only to find that a home

is closed during show hours. The HBA Board of Directors is serious about making sure that homes are open during

show hours.

Builder Signs (if you ordered one), directional signs may be picked-up on WEDNESDAY, October 3, 2018 at the Home

Builders Association of West Florida office, 4400 Bayou Blvd., Ste. 45 (Cordova Square). You will be notified as to when

the Parade of Homes publications are available for pick up.
