Assignment #2: My Vision Board Step 1:

Materials Needed:

Poster paper, glue, tape, scissors, magazines with pictures of your dream house, car, gadgets, trips you want to take, your ideal physical looks, etc.

Step 2 Look for pictures that either show how you want to feel,

where you want to go, or a picture of what you want to have. The sky is the limit!!! Do not put any type of limitations.

If you want to live in a beautiful beach house, find a picture of that house by the ocean. Look for pictures that really light you up inside when you look at them.

If you want to loose weight, get an image of a person who you want to be.

If you want a car, cut out a picture of your dream car.

If you want to travel, cut out pictures of the places you want to visit.

Step 3 Get a picture of yourself that you really like,

showing you happy and feeling good!

Paste this in the middle of the board.

Put together all the pictures you cut in your vision board.

After finishing it, put your wonderful work in a place where you can see it often and where you will be reminded of your goals.

If you dont work on it, your dreams will remain a wishful thinking!
