Vision

• Vision is considered to be the foundation of entrepreneurship

• If the entrepreneur has a vision and is able to surround him or herself with a stellar team that vision can come to fruition

• The founder’s vision without a doubt is the most important thing

• Everything flows from that vision

What is vision?

• A long term view that defines the desired or intended future state in terms of its fundamental objective and/or strategic direction

• Is a source of inspiration • Provides clear decision-making criteria
