Entrepreneurial Summit 2011 “The world is in flux and tradition is being challenged”

Entrepreneurial Summit 2011 will be an evening to celebrate the true spirit of

entrepreneurship in the city beautiful Chandigarh, when Rayat-Bahra E-cell and

TiE will get together to create a new network of budding entrepreneurs from

around the northern region to share tips and problem solving techniques, getting

advice on profitability and career. In its first year, The Entrepreneurial Summit will

address as its theme "Chandigarh: an entrepreneurial hub" to turn the spotlight

on the emerging culture.

The Entrepreneurial Summit has as its mission to unite a panel of distinguished

speakers and entrepreneurs in a welcoming environment with discussions on

factors playing an obligatory role in breeding entrepreneurs.

This event shall be a landmark for the growth and expatiation of entrepreneurship

in the Punjab region, supplementing to its accretion globally. The event shall be

both informative and inspirational for aspiring entrepreneurs and those in small

and medium businesses. The aim of this summit is therefore to identify the key

factors which are necessary to build Chandigarh as heart of entrepreneurship

development of northern region and the role of new as well as establishedorganizations in seeing the future. To be abreast with the mighty we are inviting

the leading lights of today’s corporate world to understand the utility of creativity

and innovation, observe, listen and pay attention to all the happenings and

changes taking place around us, and provide better thoughts to take this learning

ahead for a better approach.

There will be a total of 90 entrepreneurs who will be invited for the summit which

will include various Entrepreneurs

from reputed big companies and associations .

The summit will start at 5.00pm with a welcome note followed by aninaugural speech.

PRESENTATION (4:30 – 4:45 P.M.)

A presentation will be exhibited by both the heads from Entrepreneurship

Cell as well as TiE to aware the audience about the organisers and the

purpose of the event simultaneously.

SPEECH BY 1st SPEAKER ON “ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP” (4:45

– 5:00 P.M.)

First guest speaker will expound his thoughts on the topic

“Entrepreneurship and Leadership” where the basic fundamentals of

entrepreneurship are and how one can grow as a competent business

owner shall be explained.

SPEECH BY 2nd

SPEAKER ON “WHERE DOES CHANDIGARH STAND IN

ENTREPRENEURSHIP?” (5:00 – 5:15 P.M.)

Second speaker would bestow his thoughts upon “Where does Chandigarh

stand in Entrepreneurship?” and explicate about what is the level of

Chandigarh as an entrepreneurial hub.

SPEECH BY 3rd

SPEAKER ON “OPPORTUNITY FINDING & GRASPING” (5:15 –

5:30 P.M.)

Third speaker would bestow his thoughts upon “Opportunity Finding &Grasping” where the speaker would explicate about how every opportunity

should be seen as a new window for success and should be utilized to best

possible extent and the best manner.

TH SPEAKER ON “SCOPE AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR

ENTREPRENEURS IN NORTHERN REGION” (5:30 – 5:45 P.M.)

The fourth speaker will be emphasizing on “Scope and Opportunities for

Entrepreneurs in northern region” where the speaker would be

emphasizing on what are scopes and opportunities for the developing

entrepreneurs of the northern region, how can various other means be

created and catered to produce new ideas and innovative businesses.

ROUND TABLE CONFERENCE FOR SOLUTIONS ON “HOW CHANDIGARH

CAN BECOME AN ENTREPRENEURIAL HUB?” (5:45 – 7:30 P.M.)

Here a panel of renowned and experienced guests entrepreneurs wouldput across various points to the audiences which need attention for the

development of Chandigarh as an entrepreneurial hub and further

discussions would be made by the audience entrepreneurs to emphasize on

specified points. Hence, all the points will be discussed upon and in the end

of the conference the panel would be ready with a set of solutions for the

augmentation of Chandigarh as an Entrepreneurial Hub.
