Seven ways to Bounce back after Failure:

1. Fully experience both positive and negative emotions

2. Be  realistically optimistic

3. "reject rejection." 

4. Build strong support systems

5. Seek out opportunities for growth and learning

6.  Notice (and appreciate) the little, positive things7. Be endlessly

grateful.
