Staffing: staffing is the process of planning, recruiting, training and maintaining human resources in an organization. In staffing, a manager recruits and selects suitable personnel for manning the jobs.
Directing: directing is a complex managerial function consisting of all the activities that are designed to encourage subordinates to work effectively. It includes supervision, motivation, communication and leading.
Controlling : controlling means ensuring that activities in an organization are performed as per the plans . Also ensures that resources are to be used effectively and efficiently.
