Dear Applicants,

Welcome to the Entity Support Team booklet for the ones whowill join the MC 15/16 in building a better future for AIESEC in Spain. It istruly an honor for us to have you reading this booklet now and consideringto join us in an amazing journey to shape AIESEC in Spain and set newstandards of performance.

Being part of the Entity Support Team will not be easy, but forsure will be a rewarding experience. These roles are not just simplepositions, we are launching some opportunities where everybody will bechallenged, provoked and pushed to get out of its comfort zone. We havedesigned some positions where you will have the opportunity to developdifferent skills and competences but at the same time you will have thefreedom to create the growing path of AIESEC in Spain!

Conversion and Delivery manager Job Description

Provide functional support in oGIP operations of AIESEC in Spain and providing knowledge to optimize conversion processes on LC level.

Role and Responsibilities EP management and delivery of experience; Ensure implantation of Standard & Satisfaction in delivery; Providing functional and strategic support to LCs in optimizing EP

processes together with MC VP oGIP (like group assessments,large-scale OPS delivery);

Tracking and reporting to MCVP oGIP;

3. Imagine you have a 100 TNs partnership with the summercamps next year. USA and Canada have provided this summerwith around 25 interns for these. Taking this into consideration,please propose a plan with activities to do, that upscale ourrelations with both entities and in which we manage to cover80% of the camps needs. Imagine you have no limits inresources for this.Be creative, and feel free to challenge the current wayof doing things!
