for all account managers, we propose that all EP Managers are required to take a certification quiz
designed by ECB/MC to test XPP competence -- this quiz will be designed, such that one must form a deeper
understanding of the XPP in order to pass, not just look for specific clauses to answer each question & forget
everything thereafter.”
