There are dozens of different active groups on campus, catering to a wide range of student interests and backgrounds. Some, like our chapter of the business-oriented Collegiate DECA, help students develop and hone their professional skills, while others, like the multicultural activities and support offered by the International Student Society, give students a place to learn and share personal experiences while developing lasting friendships.

The Full Sail campus is located near Orlando in Winter Park, Florida. It’s practically next door to the excitement of Orlando and a half-hour drive to theme parks, attractions, and shopping destinations.

Since we began, we’ve offered programs at a faster pace than traditional schools, so that students can adapt to the unique schedule of their industries and have the potential to graduate in less time.

To accomplish this, Full Sail students are scheduled into lectures and lab sessions in four-hour blocks throughout the day – often up to 40 hours per week. These month-long classes build upon previous coursework and prepare students for topics in their upcoming courses. In fact, all of Full Sail’s campus bachelor’s programs are designed to be completed – from first class to graduation – in just 20 months.

Full Sail’s on-campus backlot allows Film students to schedule shoots that can capture the perfect atmosphere.

Career Development

Beginning with the first day of orientation, career preparation is an integral component of a Full Sail education. Our industry-focused degree programs deeply integrate career skills into the curriculum, and workshops focused on networking, resume development, and interview skills are available throughout the year. Additionally, our Career Development department connects students and graduates with a vast range of career opportunities through advising sessions and regular career expos on campus and throughout the country. The result is more than three decades of Full Sail grads achieving success at all levels in the entertainment and creative industries.

Full Sail University is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), and is licensed by the Commission for Independent Education (CIE), Florida Department of Education.

Full Sail University structures its tuition in a unique way that includes books, supplies, and fees, which means your costs are transparent and locked for the duration of your program, so it won’t rise from semester to semester. The cost of a computer and software is assessed through a separate, one-time fee, and it provides students with a laptop computer and media creation software at an educational discount.

Full Sail also offers a variety of institutional scholarships for qualified students.
