I wanted to thank you for the wonderful job Avalon did at our National Sales Meeting earlier this month. We have been getting positive feedback already from our attendees and they all say they learned a lot but also had some fun. Your entertainment contributed to that.

You have the ability to listen to what your clients want and come up with the best options for their particular needs. The Johnny Carson skit was hilarious and your band is very talented. When I asked you two hours before our awards banquet if you knew any photographers, I really didn't expect to get one. To my surprise, Alysia was able to find a photographer to capture our event in time for our banquet. That was impressive! You obviously have a pool of good resources that you can call on at a moments notice. I promise next time to give you more notice.

In November 2006, at my client’s annual User Conference held the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa, in Phoenix, your company pulled a huge “rabbit out of-the-hat” at the last minute by pulling together the décor and entertainment, at what turned out to be, the most successful Partner Pavilion in my client’s 10 year history. And I have to commend your team on the smoothest transportation service – shuttling 500 people to and from the airport, plus miscellaneous spontaneous needs. In January 2007, in San Jose, Avalon Meetings & Entertainment provided great service, listened to my client’s needs, spun on a dime when my client changed their mind at the 23rd hour, plus your entertainers went out of their way when to accommodate the “special requests” of my client. Avalon was definitely an integral part of the success of the event. The jazz quartet you provided, for the Hotel Valencia Santana Row, were very professional. And, the band you provided for the Sino Restaurant Santana Row buy out were absolutely out of this world. They allowed my clients to sit on several “jam” sessions, rehearsed with them earlier so they “looked” great on stage, and went so far as to learn three new songs to accommodate my client’s requests.
