The Business Case

• It is sometimes difficult or impossible to find certain information– Is there anyone else in EPA working on social networking

applications for business use?– Is there anyone in my office who speaks Chinese?– What has Jeff Levy been working on lately?– Where can I find good sources of section 508 info?– Where is the latest version of the project team document?

• As a result – Problems are solved inefficiently– Collaboration opportunities are missed– Professional relationships are constrained
