This package request is to address the additional client agencies workload. The permanent positions are vital in performing and overseeing all contract requirements without dropping the number of clients served while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactions from client managers. The addition of these permanent positions will strengthen the outreach and support to client agencies in regards to investigations, classification and compensation and recruiting.
