A Revitalized Digital Brand. A New Website User Experience,

A New Drupal Enterprise Global Content Management Platform Mindtree is a leading global digital transformation and technology

services company.

The new Mindtree.com offers an intuitive, fully responsive user experience and

leverages personalization to serve relevant content to each user. The site was built

on a Drupal 8 CMS platform to provide the flexibility and scalability a large

enterprise needs to support its digital marketing initiatives. Best of all, the web

design reflects the vibrancy of the brand and its employees.

Personas & Journey Mapping Analyzing goals and behavior to create a smart user experience

Using insights garnered from stakeholder interviews and additional research,

Bluetext developed eight personas to represent frequent users on the Mindtree

website. Based on each persona’s perceived goals and buying power, a list of

relevant content was drafted. Bluetext mapped each persona to an ideal journey

through the site and leveraged these journey maps to create an effective sitemap

and wireframes. This approach ensured that the user experience for each user

group is thoughtful and logical and enabled the team to implement a strong

personalization strategy.

Easy-to-use Content Management Platform

Creating a sophisticated, yet intuitive system

With thousands of pages and new content published every week, it was critical that

the new Drupal 8 platform strikes the perfect balance of user-friendliness and

dynamism. Bluetext constructed a content model to ensure the site was

architected with a well-organized UI in mind. Dynamic content generation via

Drupal views was employed wherever possible to reduce the burden on content

editors. When new posts or case studies are added to the site, the content editor

simply tags the content and the system ensures new promotions appear on the

appropriate pages across the site.
