Entering a new era in Ophthalmic Imaging…

The intuitive screen displays shortcut icons toswitch functions and acquisition modes with asingle click of the mouse. All the information isat the operator’s fingertips. No need to openprograms or modules. Information panelsconveniently appear and hide according to theuser’s needs.

Ease of use

With 80 years of experience in the manufacturing of ophthalmic instruments and more than20 years in digital imaging, Topcon oers digital imaging systems that are strong, secure andconsistent with the latest technology.IMAGEnet® 5 is the result of years of know-how and several generations of digital imaging systems combined in a robust, easy to use software specifically designed for the modern and demandingeye care facility.

* Data securely saved by mirroring hard drives

The use of latest generation sensors in conjunction with IMAGEnet® 5 proprietary advanceddigital acquisition software produces images with excellent clarity and sharpness, showingeven the smallest details in tissue structure.

High image quality

DICOM Compliance

IMAGEnet® 5 allows the user to acquire, store, retrieve, view, compose, measure, enhance and print images of the anterior and posteriorsegments of the eye. It uses proprietary software and customizedcomputer hardware that can be used in conjunction with mydriaticand non-mydriatic retinal cameras as well as with digital photographicslit lamps.

This practical function permits the eye care professional to educatethe patient by showing comparative images of dierent eye conditionsnext to the patient’s eye picture for better understanding and compliance. The image library can be customized by adding the user’s ownophthalmic pictures.

Patient Consultation Module

Linear and area measurements as well as Drusenquantification function, MPS rings, Cup to discratio calculation and PDT rings are available inthe Stereo Analysis module included inIMAGEnet® 5. Stereo imaging can be visualizedusing a stereo viewer. IMAGEnet® 5 automaticallyaligns the stereo images at the appropriatedistance for consistent 3D observation.

Measurement Module

IMAGEnet® 5 automatically sets the procedure, flash intensity and capture window directlyfrom the acquisition device, saving time and preventing errors.

Automatic Capture Recognition

Images of dierent areas of the retina are automaticallyand seamlessly combined in a wide angle compositeproviding a panoramic view of the retina.

Auto Mosaic™

The new automatic controlled enhancement module for monochrome images facilitates detailvisualization, especially during fundus auto fluorescence acquisition.
