INTEGRAL DESIGN

At Soel Yachts we pursue an integral approach of

dedicated ‘solar electric naval architecture’. With

all necessary skills in house, we design and en-

gineer the propulsion systems matching to the

hull shapes and vice versa. Every aspect of our

boats is designed for electric propulsion and high

efficiency.

The SoelCat 12 is the first fully solar electric cata-

maran for sustainable excursions on the water.

The catamaran takes guests on exceptional tours

and provides unique PR values for its operator.

The SoelCat 12 makes it even possible to pro-

duce energy for the mainland and therefore

SOELCAT 12

The SoelCat 12 is designed for 14 knots max

speed. With a cruising speed of 8kts the boat of-

fers a range of 6 hours of electric cruising with-

out solar input and 8 hours with sunshine. The

120kWh lithium polymer battery system supplies

energy for safe operations at day and night. The

systems from our partner Naval DC have been

tested and in succesful use on the open ocean

for more than 10 years.

SHALLOW DRAFT

With a draft of only 0.7m, the SoelCat 12 has

the capacity to operate in shallow lagoons, reefs

and bays at any remote destinations in the world.

Due to its reinforced hull build from lightweight

fibreglass composite, the SoelCat 12 can even be

beached on sandy beaches.

SOEL SHUTTLE 14

The Soel Shuttle 14 offers the ideal platfdorm

for sustainable passanger transport for up to

30 PAX. Being certified as a Bureau Veritas Pas-

sanger Vessel, the Soel Shuttle 14 is perfectly

suited for commercial operations.

The Soel Shuttle 14 is equiped with 4x 230Wp

PV glass glass panels. A unique PR tool to present

the sustainable character of the boat, as guests

can see the panels when stepping on board!

SOLAR ROOF

The 14m solar electric shuttle boat offers space

for up to 30 passengers. In its standard configu-

rations the Soel Shuttle 14 is equipped with com-

fortable benches. However, custom deck space

wishes can be discussed. Customers interested

in a private version with comfortable layout can

get in contact with Soel Yachts.

The Soel Cruiser is a fast and robust electric

monohull boat, which comes in different con-

figurations. Either used as a commercial taxi boat

or a private tender boat, the Soel Cruiser will take
