PEOPLE

Measures taken for all PERSONNEL:

Creation, communication, training and updating of an in-house document with all the rules and action procedures in the different scenarios covered by COVID-19.

− We conduct internal risk audits depending on the job and we supply all the PPE needed (vinyl and nitrile gloves, face masks).

− Temperature is taken at the start of the workday

− Disinfection at the end of each shift of keyboard, mouse, screens, table, counter, pens, printers and chair

− Training in prevention for all new employees

Measures taken to receive our GUESTS:

Creation, communication, training and updating of a document with all the rules and action procedures in the different scenarios covered by COVID-19.

− Communication of all the measures taken to guarantee health and hygiene inside the hotel, and procedures in the event that symptoms of COVID-19 are detected in a guest:
