SERVICES FOR CHILDREN (5–12)

At EnhanceAble we can offer an unusual breadth of services to children with a range of disabilities. Many of the children and families we support use more than one of these services.

What can we offer you?

• FREE ‘After school clubs’. These are available to those with Asperger’s and high-functioning autism, and to those with more complex health and/or physical disabilities. This service is free to parents as it is fully funded through Aiming High by Achieving for Children.

• 1 to 1 support. This could start with a simple one-hour trip to the park, and will often then grow in a way that reflects what’s most supportive to the individual child.

• A sensory room. This facility at Geneva Road is a favourite with younger children.

Enhance the life of a teenager

SERVICES FOR TEENAGERS (12–18)

Teenagers are able to enjoy a wide range of services here. Unlike many others, EnhanceAble can keep providing support as young people mature and pass the 18 year mark.


• FREE ‘After school clubs’. These are available to those in Kingston and Richmond with Asperger’s and high-functioning autism.

• 1 to 1 support. This is offered via a hand-picked team of staff, who can help young people to develop vital new social skills, as well as their confidence and independence.

NB: 1 to 1 support can be booked in advance for holiday breaks from school or college.

SERVICES FOR YOUNG ADULTS (18–30)

Reaching 18 often signals abrupt changes to the support provided to those of you with disabilities. At EnhanceAble we’re determined to plug such gaps, and ensure you have the continuity of care, support and opportunity you need and deserve.


• 1 to 1 support. Our hand-picked staff team can help you to acquire vital new social skills, and also develop your confidence and independence.

• Daytime services. These include a changing mix of therapies, support and activities. Geneva Road is itself a vibrant and supportive community.

• Respite care. This is available to young adults with a variety of disabilities at our house called ‘Space’. As a service user, you’ll often go on trips and do activities outside its four walls.

SERVICES FOR ADULTS (30+)

Are you ready for a new lease of life? Then EnhanceAble is here for you. Expect opportunities and possibilities here that you’re unlikely to find elsewhere. Whether your disability is life-long or acquired, we’re committed to helping you to create the life you want.


• 1 to 1 support. Through a hand-picked team of staff, we’re here to give you the support you most want – be that in your home, or out and about in the community.
