PROFILE
A Mechanical Engineer with eight (8) years working experience in Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection
Systems and Plumbing Engineering. Actively participated in construction activities via project management,
supervision and monitoring; and possesses vast experience in construction supervision right from project
development to operational interface, most especially during construction stage. Hands on experience in
handling project with proven track record of meeting project delivery deadlines. In-depth knowledge of
servicing, repairing, installation and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems

Designed and maintained the plans for the HVAC equipment and ensured they were installed
properly.
Designed sketches for pipes and ductworks and also prepared layouts for the same.
Developed plans to upgrade the HVAC systems and increased their efficiency.
Managed multiple HVAC project, prepared their timeline schedule and estimated the cost of the
required equipment.
Performed troubleshoot on the HVAC equipment and installed equipment according to drawing
requirement.
Responsible for planning and coordinating with the design and implementation phases of HVAC,
Fire Protection and Plumbing engineering work respectively.
Responsible for interpreting and explaining budget and scope of the project to the less experience
professionals.

Ensure that stage pressure testing is carried out to detect leakages on the welded joint of the steel
pipes (schedule 40).
Inspect the welding and fabrication of steel pipes and fittings for chillers and fire sprinklers.
Supervise the fabrication of galvanized sheets into ducts for air extraction and ventilation.
Supervise subcontractor on project implementations (HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing).

Attends pre-bid meetings, site review meetings and conduct site visit.
