ENPLUS develops its activities near Franciacorta (world famous area for the fine wine production), about 80 km from Milan, and owns about 420 m² of surface for offices in Erbusco (BS) and 6.000 m² covered surface of productive area in Rodengo Saiano (BS).

The group, formed by 27 people, is divided in two separate societies:

• Enplus: marketing, process engineering, engineering and project management

• Enplus Servizi: administration and purchase department.

The same ENPLUS ownership has a relevant participation in CCS (Customer Care Service), a company of 12 technicians with own means and equipment for operation & maintenance of plants built by ENPLUS or others.

ENPLUS has a commercial network of internal resources and external collaborators all over Italy. It has also partners in South America and in the Balkan area.

ENPLUS has obtained a certification for its quality management system in accordance with the Italian UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2008 standard.

E•CONCEPT COGENERATORS ENPLUS has developed a new line of compact cogenerators/trigenerators

E•CONCEPT (from 50 kW to 530 kW), easy to install both Indoor and OUTdoor (thanks to a specific OUT indoor package), suitable for thermal power stations, service sector and companies, and characterized by low environmental impact.

All the units are equipped with EMP (Energy Management Protocol) module which allows to control and to manage energy production according to high efficiency cogeneration parameters, through an open system available to the final client and to the plant manager.

Compact cogeneration modules are assembled in the operating unit of Rodengo Saiano (Brescia).

In waste water treatment plants water from civil uses arrives to be purified and given back to the natural cycle.

Waste water treatment produces a solid waste, the so-called sewage sludge.

This sludge is composed of organic material and it generates biogas from the natural process of anaerobic fermentation. This fluid can’t be released in atmosphere as it is, but on the contrary it has to be burnt by means of a torch. This causes the loss of natural gas and its relative energy contained in the biogas.

ENPLUS designs and realizes electric and thermal power plants, therefore making the most out of the biogas from civil waste water plants, with suitable low impact solutions.

BIOGAS FROM AGRICULTURAL AND LIVESTOCK BYPRODUCTS

Among the biomasses that can be used to produce energy, we can also find by-products of the agricultural and livestock sector. One of the main aim of ENPLUS is to design and to realize plants for a suitable energetic valorization of these sources through an anaerobic digestion and the production of electric/thermal energy.

ENPLUS, as a EPC, is able to design and produce the whole turn-key plant, as is to say unloading, selection, pre-treatment (both physical and biological), anaerobic digestion, electric production, electric system to connect the plant to the national electric grid, possible waste water treatment with low impact systems. The activity is comprehensive of all civil works and accessories.

Many industries, like food industry, as well as chemical and pharmaceutical industries, are based on highly energy-consuming processes and have to deal with organic waste at the end of their manufacturing process. This organic waste must be treated before its disposal and usually waste treatment already involves anaerobic digestion. Those treatment do not always produce a biogas with good chemical and physical characteristics.

ENPLUS designs proper biogas treatment to improve biogas quality, so that such biogas can be burnt in a CHP module for energy production.
