For the feed to and from machinery included in your automation project, Viscon supplies conveyors which can be finely tuned to virtually any product. the range of conveyors that Viscon can offer comes in a variety of widths which vary from 200 up to 3.000 mm, the

variety on offer include plastic chain belt, chain conveyors fitted with a sprocket or a flexible plastic chain, chain conveyors for pallets, flexible plastic slat band conveyors, driven, accumulating and gravity roller conveyors, curved conveyors, spiral conveyors, trough type conveyors, bucket elevators and several types of ‘walking beams’ for trolleys. when necessary, Viscon will look at the integration of their conveyor systems to form an automated system solution incorporating ‘loose’ products, racking and trolleys, etc.

Viscon’s stacking and de-stacking systems are available for a whole variety of uses. For example, stacking/de-stacking for crates and trays, wooden pallets, boxes, buckets, punnets, cardboard sheets, steel racks, pallet bins, vacuum and polystyrene trays. the type of

machine required is determined by the product and by the capacity required. the machine can be manufactured in single or multiple formats to cope with product outputs of over 3000 products per hour.

Viscon op- en ontstapelsystemen zijn te verkrijgen in een groot aan-tal uitvoeringen. Zo zijn er op- en ontstapelsystemen voor kratten, houten kisten, dozen, emmers, schaaltjes, vellen karton, stalen rekken,

pallets, vacuüm en polystyreen trays. de keuze van het juiste op en ontstapel-systeem wordt onder andere bepaald door de capaciteit en het product. Zo zijn er naast enkelvoudige systemen voor kratten ook twee, drie en meervoudige systemen verkrijgbaar, waarbij capaciteiten haalbaar zijn van meer dan 3000 producten per uur.

Industriële robots worden toegepast voor de handling van een grote verscheidenheid aan producten voor complexe en/of precieze processen die met conventionele machines moeilijk te realiseren zijn. toepassingsvoorbeelden zijn o.a. ; pick & place systemen, de en palle-

tiseren van diverse producten, order-picken, case-packen, beladen en ontladen van transportwagens en andere productdragers, etc. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de robot is het ontwerp van de juiste grijper of opnamegereedschap. met het juiste ontwerp kunnen meerdere producten worden gehandeld waardoor de efficiency en flexibiliteit van de installatie worden vergroot en de investering wordt verlaagd. denk hierbij aan één enkele grijper die de mogelijkheid heeft om dozen, kratten, tussenlegvellen en pallets op te pakken.

Industrial robots are used for handling a great variety of products for complex and/or precise processes that are hard to realize by means of conventional machines. Examples of application include: pick & place systems, palletization and depalletization of various products,

order picking, case packing, loading and unloading of trolleys and other product carriers, etc. an important part of the robot is the design of the right gripper or pick-up tool. the right design will enable several kinds of products to be handled, thus enhancing the installation’s efficiency and flexibility while reducing investment. For example, one single gripper that makes it possible to pick up cartons, crates, interlays, and pallets.

Industrielle Roboter kommen zum handling unterschiedlichster pro-dukte für komplexe und/oder präzise prozesse, die sich mit konventio-nellen maschinen nur schwer durchführen lassen, zur anwendung. an-wendungsbeispiele sind u.a.: pick & place-Systeme, depalettieren und

palettieren verschiedener produkte, Order-picking, Case-packing und Beladen und Entladen von transportwagen und anderen produktträgern usw. Ein wichti-ger teil des Roboters ist die konstruktion des richtigen Greifers oder aufnahme-gerätes. mit der richtigen konstruktion lassen sich mehrere produkte handeln, wodurch Effizienz und Flexibilität der anlage vergrößert und die Investition ver-ringert werden. dabei ist zum Beispiel an einen einzigen Greifer zu denken, der die möglichkeit hat, kartons, kästen, Zwischenblätter und paletten anzuheben.

Onmisbaar in een productielijn zijn vaak de codeer- en/of identifi-catiesystemen. producten voorzien van een barcode of transponder kunnen door identificatiesystemen worden herkend en verwerkt. transponders zijn codedragers waarin microchips zijn verwerkt die

door speciale apparatuur kunnen worden gelezen en ge(her)programmeerd. wanneer producten niet voorzien zijn van codedragers kan men deze ook iden-tificeren met behulp van camera-systemen. Idententificatietechniek wordt toegepast in talrijke logistieke processen. Onder codeerapparatuur verstaan wij systemen die informatie aan een product kunnen meegeven: etikettendispen-sers, barcode-etiketteerders, inktjetapparatuur, weeg/prijs-labellers etc.

Coding and identification systems are key to any production line. products equipped with a bar code or transponder can easily be recognised and processed by identification systems. transponders are code carriers fitted with microchips that can be read and (re)

programmed by special equipment. when products are not fitted with a code carrier they could identified using a camera system. Identification technology can be applied to numerous logistical processes. Viscon’s coding knowledge provides systems that can give information to a product, e.g. label dispenser/applicators, bar code labelling machines, ink jet equipment, weigh/price labelling machines etc.

In einer produktionslinie sind kodier- und/oder Identifizierungs-systeme oft unentbehrlich. produkte die mit einem Barcode oder transponder versehen sind, können durch Identifikationssysteme erkannt und verarbeitet werden. transponder sind kode-träger, in denen

microchips verarbeitet sind, die durch spezielle apparatur gelesen und (wieder-)programmiert werden können. wenn produkte nicht mit einem kode-träger versehen sind, kann man die produkte auch mit hilfe von kamera-Systemen identifizieren. In zahlreichen logistischen prozessen wird die Identifizierungs-technologie angewandt. Unter kodierungsapparatur verstehen wir Systeme, die Informationen an ein produkt mitgeben können: Etikettierer, Barcode-Etikettie-rer, tintenstrahlapparatur, wiege/preis-Etikettiermaschinen, usw.
