What we look for in candidates CRCC Asia program participants arrive in China from across the world, with a variety of different backgrounds, interests and careers goals.
For our groups each month to form such a strong bond, we place value on the following characteristics – key common denominators:
- Passion for foreign cultures – especially China
- Personal drive and motivation
- Individuality
- Adapting and responding to change
- Relating and networking
The majority of CRCC Asia program participants are traveling to China for the very first time. Connecting them with like-minded individuals makes the process of adjusting to Chinese culture much more straightforward.
Particularly for Scholarship winners, we select candidates who are willing to engage with and continue to support CRCC Asia after their program finishes.
