-Your vision

I love to hear what your vision is! If you have always pictured your engagements in a field, a green-

house, more formal, playful, etc. I want to hear and know this. If you have made a pinterest board of

this send me the link. We will communicate 90% via email/text. This is the easiest and most efficient

way for me to stay in contact with you.

-Location

locations make a huge difference in the outcome of your pictures. As i explained in "your vision" I

love hearing your ideas. Usually once I hear your ideas I will pick out a location that fits the feel and

look you want to portray. If you have a specific location in mind please let me know asap. Lighting

plays a huge part in which locations we can use and I prefer to use locations that I know and are

familiar with. This just helps in giving you the best final product.

-Outfits

What you wear will make a huge difference in how well you and your man will photograph. To help

you make good decisions in what to wear I encourage you to email me pictures of what you have in

mind. I can help you coordinate and let you know my thoughts in what will pair well and photograph

amazing!

To help you get started here are some "yes" and "no" tips about your outfits!

yes!

-wear clothes that represent and show off your personality

-if you are going to buy a new outfit buy something you would actually normally wear

-layer! layering your clothes look awesome in pictures

-try and use different textures, this gives a lot of interest to your final product

-(for you girls) jewelry, hats, these types of accessories work great

-Don't be afraid to wear a print! I love stripes and florals patterns on my girls. Especially dresses.

-below are my favorite colors to see my couples wear, no matter the season they usually photograph

great and they seem to look good on everyone.

BEFORE THE SESSION

no!-please no shirts with words-no shirts with big pictures or graphics-No neon or bright colors, this is super important because it casts weird colors on your skin in pictures. Stay to softer more neutral.-no "matchy matchy" example: I don't want you and your fiance to both wear white shirts and blue jeans

-on timeplease make sure you are on time to your session. I can not stress enough how important this is. I have scheduled your session based on when we will have the best light to give you amazing pictures. If you come late chances are we won't be able to shoot as long and could possibly miss out on some great shots.

You can expect to have your 70 edited images in an online downloadable gallery within 7-10 days after our session.

Just thinking about engagement sessions makes me so excited! I honestly love love love engagements sessions. Capturing new love seriously makes me giddy. Which I'm sure you will notice very quickly at your session.

-It is so important to me that you and your fiance are relaxed and have a ton of fun. I don't want you to worry about if you are looking perfect. Leave that to me, I will be making you look your best. finding your best angles, making sure every hair is in place, etc.

-I love capturing what you guys are like as a couple. So in order to do this I ask that you don't bring anyone else along to your engagement session. It allows you guys to be more comfortable and it also allows me to get to know you guys faster as well as do my job more efficiently. *let your mom (or whoever) know that they are more than welcome to come to bridals if they wish.

-At my sessions I get into a rythem and flow that helps me to stay creative and pose you well. In order for me to do this the best I ask that you wait until the end of the session for you to request certain poses.

-Most important is honestly to just come relaxed, and ready to have fun.
