INTRODUCTION:
We take our survey among three most populated telecommunication such as GRAMMEN PHONE,AIRTEL AND BANGLALINK.we think this servey will help us to know about best sevice giver of customer care.we took under our survey about 60 persons.Most of them were service holder,business man,students etc.but from rest of the persons,stubents were co-operative with us to gather proper information.but we didn’t get 100% currect information in our servey because of co-operation factor,lack of time of people,negative reaction etc.

CONCLUSION After whole survey we can say that the
customer want to get two facilities.Around people 85%happy
about network quality of grammen phone. Instead of airtel’s low call cost people accepted GRAMEEN PHONE best network backup system.So,we can come up with a decision that GP’S customer care provides more & more facilities
to customer.So,GP provides the best customer care than other telecommunication companies in resent market.
