Vietnam will import LNG to support the market in 2 option:

–Option 1: Upgrade the existing Thi Vai terminal to import 1 MTPA from 2015 and can extend to 2 MTPA.

–Option 2: Invest a new terminal 3‐6 MTPA in Son My – Binh Thuan after 2018, supply gas to a new power complex and existing market

• Almost domestic gas volume is nominated by government at low price for power and fertilize production

• Power price in 2011: 6.2 cent/kWh; According to PDP7 the price will increase to 8‐9 cent/kWh in 2020

• Gas price and volume for industrial customers will increase to reach LNG price in 2014‐2015
