Ensure preventative measures to be taken to ensure save construction and actions to be taken in an emergency.

Review the organization and implementation by subcontractors of information and training on HSE relative to the site activities (such as tool box talks, PTW, etc).

Update and issue the HSE documentation system. Personally promote the HSE supervision system by personal example. Ensure that safety notices and safety information is posted in prominent positions. Have the authority to stop any work whose execution is deemed to be dangerous or likely

concerning accidents, incidents "almost-accident", potential hazards, interferences by governmental authorities, and activities at the site which contribute to safety consciousness and accident prevention.

Monitor annual plant H&S objectives plan implementation. Ensure that the internal safety rules already in force are continuously updated and
