Tabib & Brothers Company – RAHMA Irrigation Project.

Site Engineer: Responsibilities included the following activities:

Supervising all construction activities including concrete works, Roads,

Electro-mechanical works.

Inspecting of all works to ensure compliance with engineering standards,

approved drawings, QA/QC procedures and H&S procedures and

requirements.

Processing contractor’s requests for progress payments based on field

progress.

Preparing all daily work sheet (manpower, equipment, materials).

Studying the needed technical implementation, concrete repair material.

Project Control Engineer: Responsibilities included the following activities:

Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including

checking of invoices and claims from suppliers and subcontractors.

Perform and manage project activities scheduling and monitoring.

Perform technical and commercial review of subcontractor’s quotations for

the preparation of Service agreements.

Prepare monthly project reports for the monitoring of the project activities

on a daily basis and register all issues relating to the project promptly to the

project manager and management.

Prepare time schedule, cash flow & charts on planning project.

Preparing the work procedures with all related documentation.

Preparing the contractors payments & the subcontractor invoices.

Preparing & following-up the correspondences with project different

parties.
