WHAT IS A COMMERCIAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS FREE ENERGY ASSESSMENT?
MidAmerican Energy’s Commercial Energy Solutions program offers free comprehensive energy assessments that are catered to your building and business needs. Energy assessments identify energy-saving opportunities in everything from your lighting and appliances to your heating and cooling. Your energy assessor will then recommend upgrades and connect you with rebate and incentive offers.

¡ A comprehensive assessment that identifies energy-saving opportunities tailored to your specific business needs.
¡ Directly installed energy efficient products to gain immediate savings at no cost.
¡ A customized report that arms you with a prioritized, actionable plan for saving energy and reducing operating costs.
¡ Ongoing technical support through assistance with project details and rebate applications.
FINANCIAL INCENTIVES The energy assessment also connects your business to MidAmerican Energy rebates that help offset the cost of important energy-saving improvements. Plus, as an energy assessment participant, you will qualify for bonus incentives after you complete three efficiency improvements.
BONUS INCENTIVESBonus incentives are offered on the first three qualifying projects greater than $1,000. One of your three projects must be non-lighting. Bonus incentive payments can cover up to 65% of the project cost. Ask your energy assessor for details.
