Bagua is a moving meditationmartial art that Dong Haichuan learned fromTaoist masters in the forests of rural China duringthe nineteenth century. Characteristic movementsof Bagua are the fluid circle walking andgenerating of spiral energy during movements.

Mikkyo is the clearing, energizing and connecting of the chakras andmeridians into one strong unit through the application of hand mudras andmantras. The spiral energy generated during Bagua is used in the practice ofMikkyo. Mikkyo is also applied in the energetic healing of people, placesand things.
