When Entering Endorsements, You Can

choose Quote for a Quote or Endorse to

Submit the Endorsement

Endorsement Example #1:

Add Driver

Enter Policy # then click Endorsement

Enter Eff Date & Select Endorsement Type

You land on the Driver tab - you can select Quote or

Endorse in the top right corner. Driver 3 Column

appears to the right – enter the driver information.

Enter the driver information then click

Next to assign a vehicle.

Vehicle – Add a vehicle or assign a

vehicle to the driver.

Click Next to continue. When on Coverages tab,

add to vehicle (if applicable)

Compare revised & existing price.

Click Issue to continue.

The Following Confirmation Message will

appear – Your Endorsement has

Processed Successfully

Endorsements Example #2:

Add Vehicle

Enter Policy # then click Endorsement

Enter Eff Date & Select Endorsement Type

You are on the Vehicle Tab. A column appears

to the right. Click Quote or Endorse. Enter

vehicle information.

You are on the Vehicle Tab. A column appears

to the right. Click Quote or Endorse. Enter the

VIN# & click All Vehicle Lookup or click the box

for Year/Make Model Override.

This example: entered Vin # & clicked All Vehicle

Lookup. Notice the fields that populate - complete

the yellow highlighted fields.

This example: Click the drop down arrow or check

the appropriate boxes to complete. Notice the

selections made highlighted in yellow below.

Click Next to continue.

Coverages: In this example, added Towing & Rental.

Notice the Upgrades that can be added also!

After clicking Rate, compare the price &

click Issue to continue.

Endorsement Example #3:

Delete Driver

or Vehicle

Enter Policy # then click Endorsement

Enter Eff Date & Select Endorsement Type

Driver Tab: Click the X by the driver you want to

delete. In the Warning! Confirm Deletion box,

click Delete to continue or Cancel to not proceed.

Click Rate for a Quote or to Issue.

VehicleTab: Click the X by the vehicle to delete. In

the Warning! Confirm Deletion box, click Delete to

continue or Cancel to not proceed. Click Rate for

a Quote or to Issue.

Endorsement Example #4:

Add Financial Interest

Enter Policy # then click Endorsement

Enter Eff Date & Select Endorsement Type

Click on the Financial Interest link. Enter the

information & click Save and Add another

or Save and Close. Click Rate for a Quote

or to Issue.

Endorsement Example #5:

Add Anti-Theft Category

Enter Policy # then click Endorsement

Enter Eff Date & Select Endorsement Type

For Anti Theft field, click EDIT for the

appropriate vehicle

Select the Anti-Theft Category or multiple

categories from the list & click SAVE.

Notice “0 Devices Selected displays” for Veh 2 & 3,

but “1 Device Selected” displays for Veh 4. Click

Rate for a Quote or to Issue.

Endorsement Example #6:

Add Loan/Lease Gap

Coverage

Enter Policy # then click Endorsement

Enter Eff Date & Select Endorsement Type

If you need to enter the Leasing company click

on the Vehicles Tab, then click on the Financial

Interest link & enter and save the information.

Click on the Coverages tab then click the

drop down arrow and select Yes for the

Loan/Lease Gap coverage. Click Rate for a

Quote or to Issue.

To Delete Financial Interest, click Delete. In the

Confirmation box, click Yes-Delete.

Endorsement Example #7:

Update Payment Plan

Enter Policy # then click Endorsement

Enter Eff Date & Select Endorsement Type

In this example, EFT was chosen. Click SAVE after

reading Document message & enter bank

information. Click Rate for a Quote or to Issue.
