kWh: stands for kilowatt hour and is the measurement for electricity usage on your bill.

ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT A list of licensed retailers can be found at www.ipart.nsw.gov.au (for NSW). IPART also runs “My Energy Offers”, afree energy price comparison service for NSW energy consumers. You can compare offers from gas and electricity retailers at

www.myenergyoffers.nsw.gov.au, or you can access My Energy Offers on 1300 136 888.

In addition, you will receive $100 credit off your first electricity bill. The credit will appear on your first

electricity bill. The credit is not payable if you cancel your Energy Agreement with us prior to your first bill

being issued.

The Benefit Term for this plan is for 2 years. We will provide you with notice of your options prior to the end

of the Benefit Term. Your contract will continue until it is ended by either party. We also reserve the right

to review the continuation of any promotional discounts (in addition to those shown on this sheet) 12

months after they are applied to your account; and charge an additional exit fee (if applicable) to recover

the cost of the value of any campaign rewards you may have received as part of this plan if you leave within

12 months of the start of your Benefit Term.

The following fees (incl. GST) are payable if you break your Contract in the periods outlined:

Year 1 - $150

Year 2 - $50

If you received any campaign rewards with this offer, you may need to repay the value of those rewards

should you end this Contract within 12 months of the Benefit Start Date.

Daily supply charge: a charge that applies for supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much

electricity you use.

ELIGIBILITY is subject to satisfying credit criteria and meter suitability for the above tariffs. The details presented in this fact sheet are for an

applicable billing period for a customer located in the Endeavour Energy network area.

PRICE CHANGES Prices may be varied in line with regulations and we will provide you with notice of these not later than your next bill.

12% off your consumption charges on each bill. Discount is applied to the GST exclusive costs on your bill.

Any promotional discount will be applied as above for the duration of the promotion.
