Endava is a British IT company offering services and solutions in IT business.

The company has development support centres in UK (London, Wallingford),

Romania (Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi) and Moldova (Chisinau).

Providing solution for a high level of security and safety for Endava employees, good management of users and visitors and efficient

organization with Video Wall display technology.

SCOPE

Helinick was selected as integrator for safety and security systems.

Security concept proposed, was design for an office with an area of 6,700 square

meters, eight floors, 48 conference rooms, two rooms for relaxation, a dining

area and a training room with a capacity of approximately 100 seats for Endava

University program.

OUR MISSION

Helinick solution for physical security was divided in 5 different systems:

For Video surveillance, we chose an IP solution consisting of 40 video camera at 1 MP resolution, 16 video camera at 5MP resolu-

tion from ACTI, storage servers and application servers for VMS.

Access Control – Helinick chose for this project access control system from TDSI UK. The Access Control System was dimen-

sioned for 40 access filter. For a good user and security management, the

access control system was integrated with Active Directory.

For Intrusion we selected a grade 3 security system form Ksenia, which was integrated with the Access Control.

CONCLUSIONBy implementing this physical security solutions Helinck was able to provide a high level of safety and security to Endava employees

and visitors. Also by implementation of a powerful Video Wall system, Endava employees are now able to respond more quickly to cus-

tomer’s challenges.

Visitor access is managed with and Video IP Intercom form 2N, being integrated with Microsoft Lync.

“Wonder Wall”, a video cube, consisting of 4 video wall (2 x 2 matrix), around which is disposed Endava Service Desk team. All the

necessary information for doing their service job is displayed on this Video Cube.
